We used Dean Plumbing for maintenance on a Rennai Tankless water heater. Apart from a delay in getting started because the recirculation pump brought by the technician failing and needing to be replaced, I felt the service to be professional and timely.

Alex and crew from Dean Plumbing replaced a failed water heater. Access was difficult, the crew was persistent removing and replacing the water heater. The crew also brought the heater into compliance with current code requirements. As advertised the job estimate was the final cost. Finding an LPG unit was expedited. Very pleased with Dean Plumbing sending personnel to assess reqiired job within hours of contacting their hotline.

Braxton did an excellent job hooking up my new gas stovetop to the pressure regulator that came with the unit. The installation was a replacement for an existing 4 burner gas stovetop.

Prompt service for a leak in our water heater. Tech determined it was still under warranty and worked with the company to get a new one, so we only had to pay for labor. Very pleased with the professionalism and the willingness of the tech to work with the company to save us from having to pay for a new water heater ourselves.

Another great experience with Dean Plumbing. I have my tankless hot water heaters descaled every 12-18 months and Dean's has been doing this for at least 10 years. The last 2-3 times I needed a plumber; I called Dean Plumbing. So, this last time guess what, I called Dean Plumbing. Every time they have done quality work. It was never an emergency, but they responded in a timely manner. Rusty Davis, journeyman plumber, and his apprentice, Tyler, arrived the day after I called. This time I ended up needing to replace a toilet. Rusty was not satisfied with the way the toilet flange was set so he secured it with two additional screws. He cleaned the flange and all around where the old toilet had sat. The footprint of the new toilet was different than the old toilet. Once the new toilet was set, he cleaned up around the new. Again, Dean Plumbing did competent, quality, dedicated, professional work. If you need a plumber, do not ever hesitate to call Dean Plumbing. You wont go wrong.

Justin and his crew were exceptional. Showed up to the job promptly, were professional the entire way through and did not stop working until job was complete. I’ve had three different plumbers/companies who just grasped at straws to propose what to do to get bathroom back in working order. None of which have returned my calls after reaching back out to them after their visits and a day later bathroom is back to not working. Justin and the crew found two separate problems ,one inside the house and one on the outside main line on the cities side. The crew talked it out with me and ran me through every complication and proposed idea to fix it if this or that happens. While they were working I was looped in on every step of the process. Several hours later, I am now able to use my master bathroom once again. Thank you Deans Plumbing. And thank you Justin and fellow crew members.

I called about drain issues with my plumbing. Everything was stopped up. I knew that I lived in a different county than where they were located.
