I continue to be impressed with Dean Plumbing. I came home late in the afternoon to discover that my upstairs hot water heater was leaking. Emily did a great job of working to get someone out to our home before the problem got worse. When Braxton could have easily called it a day and pushed my problem to the next day - he didnt. He and Tyler willingly worked late to remove the old water heater. They returned the next day to install a new one and did a fantastic job!

Sunday morning before leaving town for a funeral, one of us completed our shower and one had not. There was an unusually loud noise which I thought was coming from the kitchen. I discovered backups from the drains in two showers. A toilet overflowed and others would not flush. Called Dean plumbing and requested Ty Troupe to come out Monday morning since we were going out of town. Ty had installed my water heater a few years ago. Called again first thing Monday morning. They said Ty would arrive in an hour. Turned out to be less than an hour. He began troubleshooting the problem with his helper, Tyler. To make a long story short, they traced the problem deeper and deeper underground and found it to be a blocked sewer pipe. In this process, emergency line locators were called in to locate and mark underground pipes and lines. Randy arrived with an excavator and began digging in my front yard. Electrical line, main water line, and several sprinkler lines all came into play as Randy kept slowly digging deeper while Ty used his equipment to track down the exact point of problem. Ten feet down, the PVC sewer pipe coming from the house had separated from the steel pipe leading to sewer under the street. Summarizing, they fixed the problem with higher quality material than the original. They back-filled with gravel around the problem area (which was lacking in the original), and finished filling the ten-foot deep hole with soil. They checked to be sure everything was working properly and cleaned-up. I could not ask for better service at a time when all toilets, showers, and sinks in the house were not functioning. I highly recommend Ty, Tyler, Randy and Dean Plumbing.

Water heater temperature control unit failed. Ty identified the problem, ordered the warranty parts from the heater manufacturer and repaired the unit. Ty replaced all the working parts of the heater and indicated the unit was now working properly.

The communication was great. A person answered the phone, took my info and texted back quickly that she had a technician available soon. I received a text with the technicians photo and experience prior to his arrival. He arrived when expected, was very professional, along with the help he called in, and got the job done quickly and at the price quoted. Deans Plumbing will be at the top of my list.

This was an awesome group of people that came out. I had a very large job, one that a lot of plumbers turned down or never called back. Not this group, they never hesitated and started fairly quickly. It took a week to do this job but like I said, it was a major job. Re-pipe the whole house and sewer lines. They were able to keep us in water (different parts of the house at a time) and only disrupted the sewer line for a part of the day. They kept me informed every day as to what they accomplished and what to expect each day. Thanks Dean Plumbing - Y'all are AWESOME!

Braxton Fields took exceptional care of my mother's needs. He installed a new water heater after it was determined a replacement was needed. We both were very pleased with how quickly he handled the situation, all while taking great care to do the job right. I also want to add, he was very pleasent and professional from start to finish.

Called Sunday morning for a busted hot water heater. Evan was quick to respond to the dispatch call and showed right up. He assessed the problem, described what was wrong, explained the situation and solution. Then he wasted no time getting started. The whole situation took a lot less time than I expected. He was very polite and personable. His work was great. I have used Dean Plumbing in the past and they will always be my first choice. Happy I do not have to spend the weekend without hot water.

Rusty and crew did a whole house supply side replacement as well as a small bit of waste side replacement ('60s house with mostly original plumbing). They did an excellent (and thorough) job, especially dealing with the oddities of plumbing that old. All the work was completed in the 2 and a half days they quoted and it's so wonderful to have actual water flow again! I couldn't ask for a more professional, responsive, and friendly experience.

Alex and crew from Dean Plumbing replaced a failed water heater. Access was difficult, the crew was persistent removing and replacing the water heater. The crew also brought the heater into compliance with current code requirements. As advertised the job estimate was the final cost. Finding an LPG unit was expedited. Prompt service for a leak in our water heater. Tech determined it was still under warranty and worked with the company to get a new one, so we only had to pay for labor. Very pleased with the professionalism and the willingness of the tech to work with the company to save us from having to pay for a new water heater ourselves.

The last 2-3 times I needed a plumber; I called Dean Plumbing. So, this last time guess what, I called Dean Plumbing. Every time they have done quality work. It was never an emergency, but they responded in a timely manner. Rusty Davis, journeyman plumber, and his apprentice, Tyler, arrived the day after I called. This time I ended up needing to replace a toilet. Rusty was not satisfied with the way the toilet flange was set so he secured it with two additional screws. He cleaned the flange and all around where the old toilet had sat. The footprint of the new toilet was different than the old toilet. Once the new toilet was set, he cleaned up around the new. Again, Dean Plumbing did competent, quality, dedicated, professional work. If you need a plumber, do not ever hesitate to call Dean Plumbing. You wont go wrong.
